RefurbPassport provides a history recording and verification infrastructure for refurbished devices.

02Accounts & access

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your session. The merchant, repairer and admin areas are reserved for authorized users.

03Acceptable use

No impersonation, bulk scanning of credentials, circumvention of security measures, or exploitation of data obtained through the Service.

04Accuracy of information

Passports reflect data provided by professionals in the network. RefurbPassport does not guarantee the total absence of fraud outside the documented scope.

05Intellectual property

Brand, logo, scores and passport format are protected. PDF certificates are licensed for use for the transaction in question.

06Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amounts paid over the last 12 months for the services concerned.

07Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend access in the event of a serious violation of these conditions.

08Applicable law

French law. Competent courts within the jurisdiction of the head office, subject to mandatory consumer provisions.
